My question has always been why so much focus on DBMM when there are hundreds if not thousands of objectively worse stocks fundamentally? Let's take a look at some positives for DBMM:

- Relatively frequent shareholder updates by management
- Minimal dilution for 8 years (80 million shares)
- Last reverse split 9 years ago
- SEC audited financials
- Creative financing via LTI's avoiding toxic debt

So out of all the OTC companies we can objectively say DBMM is in a better position than most, so why so many negative posts? Why do I see little to no negative commentary on other stocks that have serious dilution, frequent reverse splits, and little to no management communication? Back during the OTC bull run in 20-21 there were many tickers with absolutely zero fundamentals running 10,000 percent plus, and yet still we saw more negative comments on DBMM which wasn't even able to be traded! So where is the logic in that? It only makes sense if something nefarious is going on here, and I think we all know what that is.
