While I think it is a good update having Roy as a divisional president, it is a meaningless pr unless $$$ is attached to it. If the PR also indicated that he has invested or purchased a significant amount of preferred shares, we might've seen some movement from excitement. The last pr's that moved this significantly were Ghana, BPI, and can't even remember if Benaisha did (none of which have come to fruition).

We then have all the acquisitions that haven't taken place, and the one that did (IST) was rescinded. Couple that with all the dilution and late flinging's, and racked up debt, which is why we are sitting at these levels.

Once they actually release a pr with substance, nobody will be able to hold this down. imo

Unfortunately, ST3 has missed every single projected date announced while filing fins extremely late. Maybe it's intentional grounding to throw people off? seems like it and shareholders are taking the 5yard penalty holding bags. 5 - 10 D Chess Queens Gambit? lol
