This lady is a hoot, hood cheese, LMAO INGREDIENTS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
* note - bake the biscuits 20-25 minutes depending on oven .. oven temps vary and cook differently .. so be sure to check the biscuits at the 20 minute mark, if the biscuits are still doughy please cook an additional 5 to 7 mins or until done.. but carefully not to overcook them
* Also these freeze great, if you make more than you need you can always wrap and place in ziplock bag and freeze the leftovers for a later use
* 1 can biscuits 1 1/2 sticks melted butter or margarine 2 tablespoons garlic powder * I really just eyeballed this lol* 2 tbs Italian seasoning 1tsp honey 2 cups shredded cheese * plus more for topping* shredded Motz and cheddar, some parm for topping Hood Cheese Parsley
Make 2 biscuits out of one Spread garlic butter mixture on the half buscuits Put on about 2 tbsp of mixed cheese Pinch together and roll up and put in round cast iron skillet Do until all biscuits are done Brush garlic butter sauce on top Sprinkle some cheese on the top of all Bake 20-23 minutes, until done Wait 2-3 minutes then top with more garlic butter mixture Sprinkle some parm cheese on top Then sprinkle on some parsley
