That is a 100% lie!!! Check the annual report which shows the date the 53,000,000 share tranches and both 35,000,000 share tranches were issued, the price at which they were issued and the SEC Regulations under which they were issued. Then go to the SEC site and read the restrictive rules and you will find that all those shares ae free trading from 6 to 12 months after issuance.

Once again, Walther & Windsor, with the complicity of the CULT, have ripped off the share holders.
