I can't believe Nasdaq hasn't delisted them yet. The date of their decision was supposed to be the 27th. Even with the slow down for the EOY, it's still 3 days past that.

I think.... More like Hope and Pray that CC is waiting for that to tell SAGA to pound sand with the 7.1 (e) clause.
