$125-$150 is also the price range I think we could see in 2025 or even in 2024 if the housing market turns positive, if COOP successfully monetizes XOME and when they continue their share repurchase program or start paying a dividend.

Thank you for your inspiration and continued belief...I have moved on from the daily thought of such an event as I have other things to attend to like a mother with Alzheimers and farm duties.

I have a load of COOP and will hold for several more years...wanting and waiting for the $125-$150 area...

Everyone has their meditation in life and none should be blamed for it.

This will be a monster stock imo.
