Further, to make a big announcement about something that logically should be understood, meaning acceptance of a filing when submitted, with a simple confirmation would be deemed to be promotional in favor of the subject company. To clear up any confusion on this issue, I am asking hyperopia and his experts to show this board where in the MHRA literature it states that every MAA submission will be acknowledged with a formal acceptance announcement.

Not sure what you are trying to say, but....

The MHRA will only privately disclose to the sponsor the acceptance of the MAA. The sponsor may or may not disclose this publicly. Both those can easily be confirmed just by looking at past MAA approvals.
