Owning shares of any stock outright or by selling short, derivatives, or any other securities, trading, buying, selling, etc or documenting such is not a requirement to post on an anonymous message board.

I think you missed the important point. Many investors have stayed with the stock based on what she posted here. Now granted, you take the risk of believing or not believing (or in my case researching) the word of the poster and using it as you see fit. However, in this particular case, this poster gave her personal info along with her personal story and ADDED in the claim that she was a doctor and thus expert on the drug being discussed.
This does make her opinion different from most. It has proven to be a large part of the discussion here. In fact, so much so, some have discussed making a new board and naming it after her.
