I’m going to try and break this down as simply as I can. This offer and many like it were made publicly to everyone. Anyone can join a publicly advertised Paulson raise who meets their criteria. Anyone can pursue a private placement publicly offered by the company.
This requires ZERO disclosure unless the person is a reporting person whether by professional responsibility or percentage of shares owned. LEAST of all on a shit anonymous message board.
Nothing was hidden from you or anyone else on this board. There was no deception. This was not lied about or used to mislead.
This stupid conversation should have never happened, but, since it did, it should have lasted 5 seconds, not months.
Owning shares of any stock outright or by selling short, derivatives, or any other securities, trading, buying, selling, etc or documenting such is not a requirement to post on an anonymous message board.
Did you disclose to us your short position? Did you get a sweetheart short by doing so illegally and nakedly? Answer if you want, but you aren’t required to and I don’t really give a F. Choosing to answer or not does no one a disservice as it isn’t important to posting on this board.
