Flipper, you might take a closer look at the clinicaltrials.gov site.

First, it clearly is some form of ATL-DC (nott starting a debate on the question of it being -L or not). The description is

Autologous dendritic cells (DC) loaded with autologous tumor homogenate,



Second, the injections were IV for Keytruda and ID for ATL-DC

So why does the injection mode differ there from the results abstract? Probably because SC Keytruda was developed in the interval and they switched to that..

That still leaves the question of the DC injection mode. It might simply be convenient to do both in a single SC injection (both are Q3W). Either way the DCs migrate from the site to the lymph vessels, so not that big of a difference. Maybe DocLee can weigh in on that subject.

Also could just be a sloppy abstract and when they changed the Keytruda injection mode they did not clarify the DC mode.
