Hmm, CNBC quest Victoria Greene speaking about Prologis (warehouse giant) saying they are planning at least 20 warehouse conversions to data centers over the next 5 yrs because the profit margins are 15-20% higher than the legacy business model...wow that can be a massive growth driver, "move-in ready" buildings that only need electrical and HVAC modifications. Question, store a bunch of imported plastic junk or rapidly adjust margins 20% to the upside? No brainer!
