Now, historically, he has been fillings his sec updates at the last minute, why, because by keeping public status he can still milk us little by little and it ease his business expenses thru us, not his pockets; so it is convenient to keep us around (WE WON'T DIE BUT WE WILL DRY SLOWLY). Now, Viaderma is a very small company, so small that it can be ran in a normal size bathroom or a basement/garage. The expenses this would take are minor, in order to say it is or will be in a precarious position if it does not perform, like you said. We are in a better position now than before, that is for sure. We never got a marketing agency before, that is real and the licensing are real too. Otiko can keep us like this and nothing will happen to him or the company, really, he treats it like a small grocery store, he does not partner with nobody and he will never sell the only thing that may keep his pride and name in history.
