My conclusions and opinions are reasonably based on what I can read in this process ...

Simply put, I can review the WMI to the WMIH Preferred Managing Sub, (P's) and the Cash in and Cash out process ... nobody else including the coffee group bothered to look at this particular relevant SUB' ... and the SUBs were NOT included within the Holding Company's reorganization. ... none of them ... separated from any preferred, common shareholders always own the company ... including WMI' ...

many convolute the Holding Company's reorganizational process with assets that Were Simply Not included' ... lots of confusion, some on purpose', some not' ... a few examples are The DC Settlement, any Retained Earnings, any continued 75/25 ratios, the 2.5%, ... etc. etc. etc. ... plus the word twisters, flat out liars, ... remember, hurt people, have a need to hurt' ... and unsolicited filthy pm's get sent !

any class priority is long-gone ... K's were a subset issue from the P's ... and I've never come across anything showing their continuation or backing
