He was the one who failed to file an OTC disclosure document (even after a one month grace) that caused NWBO to be temporarily off the OTC-QB. And he was also the one who failed to reply to a lawsuit almost causing a default judgment against them. I think he blamed the latter on losing an email. The former had the SMA stand up for him and say how unfair it was for OTC to act after only a month of the NWBO failure.

BTW, as far as the 20 patient Direct P2 phase that was supposed to run in 2015, NWBO raised a ton of cash that year and the P2 would have been chump change. Instead they spent on what would become Advent's new digs.
