Well, the next court date is the 19th, but lets just pretend the contract didn't expire tomorrow... The expulsion from Nasdaq would end it forthwith.

Any lawsuit between GLD and SAGA is pushed to the side for me and I'm not paying much attention because it's almost impossible for SAGA to rectify those requirements I posted, since they all pretty much violated the Nasdaq rules. They can't go back and un-violate them.

CC could sign a brand new contract, but that would make my jaws hit the floor. I would stop hitting the Bullish tag then.
