WOW Joey, How many times did you defend GC'S toxic financing over the years? What competent CEO would consistently borrow toxic money for purchases that were not in the best interest of the company.
Wonder why crowd funding was a joke?
Toxic financing to purchase testing equipment for other testing labs that has stiffed TODOS for the funds.
What ceo would allow a testing lab to incur a 5 million receivable and claims we were layering up but never received the funds.
What ceo would go dark on filings yet a few clowns here defended that because GC gave a bogus reason that was accepted with no proof of claim.
I could go on and on but it's like beating a dead horse. Oh speaking of dead horsies I can point out nine that were claimed to be heading to the finish line. What happen to them redsputter.
Sadly once a trustee is appointed he or she will cancel all common shares. Share holders get screwed again.
But hey you and a couple of other clowns state you can't blame GC. Really who decides the decision of what and how to run a company?
Kind of makes you ask where did all that money go ???
Wonder who got all those funds? Would love to have a forensic audit done but realize that wont happen.
Sad that any real investors have since gone away. Board has resulted in childish name calling back and forth with no real information.
