I can't imagine a world where the FDA grants the BDD to a company who they've been talking to and reviewing for over a year and not give them the IDE approval.

That would be insanity. At this point it's guaranteed in my eyes.

You mentioned you've been in other investments with drug companies. Have you been in anything else like medical devices? Very interesting comparing the two.
