I'm not sure what you refer to as 'beginning', but I think it is the IDE submission that will be a start of a big price surge. I think given we have BDD and have been under the thumb of the FDA for about a year doing whatever they say we should do that the market will consider the submission very close to an approval. By that I mean compared to a company that submits an IDE with an application with data and content that the FDA has never before reviewed. I think folks waiting until the submission will make some money once it is approved but it might not be the amount they expect. I say this from investing in other companies working with the FDA on drug approvals. Frequently the market learning a new drug submission is coming gets the big increase and by the time it is approved months later that positive is already baked into the price. Meaning the market would have punished them if they failed to get it with a big price drop but news of the approval just gets single percent increase in share price.
