$MMTLP is a good wake-up call. I suspect none of the 100k investors of $MMTLP would ever anticipate what happened to them.

Why?

It was well disclosed that the MMTLP holders would be paid a dividend in shares of Next Bridge and the MMTLP shares would be cancelled. And that is exactly what happened.

Now some fools jumped in the last few days, presumably based on the scammers talking about a short squeeze, naked shorts and fails to deliver. That was always a baseless pump.

First, there was a fairly small short position. Total short interest was a whopping 1.2% of total shares per FINRA. And your posted FTD numbers are cumulative open FTDs. Just like the numbers you post for NWBO show almost no outstanding FTDs..

More importantly, the idea that the distribution would force shorts to cover was always nonsense. That card gets played often by BS pumpers, and is always bogus.

The only losers were the fools who believed all short squeeze hype. Even so, they got exactly what they deserved, shares in Next Bridge. And the value of that was reasonably well know based on published financials.

And the whining about the trading halt shows a total failure to understand how the market works. The stock was due to be cancelled on Monday, so any trades after Thur could not be settled. FINRA properly did not assist any scammers wanting to sell something they could not deliver.
