6 years later and aprox. +/- $130-Mil. in Accumulated Deficits...

and here's TOMDF SH's trustworthy, capable, competent, efficient, knowledgeable, and highly skilled, C-suite, highly self-proclaimed Stanford University undergrad "Financial Engineer" CEO had to say:

"After much intrigue the investors did not step up w/what was needed to save it. Now waiting to hear what happens next from NLC and Trustee. I know Dorit is very disappointed in our investors, no investment from anywhere since Biden declared ‘Pandemic is Over’. Shortsighted @POTUS"

typical sad-sack, flunky arse Gerald Commissiong - always blaming 'everything & everyone' for his own ineptness, incompetence and egregious failed stewardship of not 1, but 2 ea. OTC public securities ... IMHO, this CEO hack should never ever be allowed to touch another public security for the rest of his natural born daze...!

its high time that Gerald Commissiong - Stanford Univ. undergrad "Financial Engineer" take a good, long, hard look at himself, and realized that "HE" is the problem - not POTUS, not the retail SH's, not the "end of the financial runway" +/- $130-Mil. he wantonly and wastefully burned through, not the properly US government decreed Sars/Covid-19 pandemic curtailment, not the US medical community, not any of the US testing labs, not the FDA, not Dr Fauci, nor any other target this imbecile carelessly wishes to point his pathetic failure figure at.

IMHO, Gerald Commissiong is a complete and utter failure - a flunky - and a wash out - both as a corporate CEO and a human being - the only questions now are - just where did all that money go?

would Gerald be willing to allow a forensic CPA firm to conduct a thorough review and audit of both employees, and former employees, affiliates, associates, etc., including 'deep dive' financial investigative review of whatever financial books that remain strewn around - and what "pennies of the dollar" compensation is he willing to return to the real investors in TOMDF - the everyday 'mom & pop' common retail shareholders who believed and trusted in him, and all his Tweets, PR's, lectures, interviews, public commentaries, etc etc etc...?

with self-smiling pose - Gerald appears to believe it's all a game - however, others such as Jonathan Najarian - Wall St. financial tycoon and investment legend may well feel completely different, as he prolly can't find a hole deep enough, or far away enough from TOMDF and Gerald Commissiong - twice failed sham CEO - what an absolute deplorable disgrace TOMDF's CEO is...!

IMHO Gerald Commissiong will not be punished for his sins, but by his sins throughout all of eternity...

I hope it was worth it.

MOO disgusting
