I couldn't disagree with you more! OTC Volume B4 price usually predicts coming PR's, and the now known 3 year OTC cycle is in play, heck no one believed me when I predicted this OTC 3 year cycle, so I now lay claim and name for it, it's now registered and trademarked "The Chartmaster OTC 3 Year Cycle" Cuz I identified it!

More importantly, TA and charts mean nothing in the OTC pink markets.
