On another topic, its seems that the U.S. has cut off the money spigot that Ukraine has had access to to the tune of maybe $160B or more? Zelensky is now recruiting men up to age 64 to fight. The war is now a joke.
Negotiating a piece is going to be a mess, because some European body has declared Putin to be a war criminal.
The rumor is that negotiations are already underway behind Zelensky's back.
2024 should be an interesting year geopolitically and here.
