No reason? They desperately need cash! $200 million sounds pretty good right about now.


Of course they could use the money but how the hell do you propose they acquire that $200M? They need to give something up worth that amount which they do not have right now. How dense are you? They don't just merge the companies equally and now have $200M.

If you want me to continue this discussion you need to provide me with your proposal of how this merger would work because where they stand right now there is no feasible way to make it happen. If you can't meet this simple request then consider this discussion over.
