Bro… NERC releases that report annually and it’s pretty much always the same. The same areas in the middle of the country have always been high risk. This article you linked doesn’t even cite the specific NERC report that is supposedly being referenced, which is highly suspect and seems to be just low-grade inflammatory journalism
