I've been here a long time, just like you, and I'm curious, what is the reason that YOU accuse anyone that has a contradictory view point to yours ,that they support AZ.
Truth is this ....BB and AZ don't like each other....and many on this board....INCLUDING myself think AZ is a tool (I had enough of his BS riddles years ago). But you know what he is not the only tool on the COOP board...and I have them all on ignore, just like AZ.
I honestly don't care whether posters support escrow or not....I happen to believe everyone is entitled to their opinions, whether they are grounded in reality or not....it's what they choose to believe. I have said, that it is a lottery ticket with less than 1% chance. That's 99% against...and you know what, your buddy that spams the board 24 /7 challenged me on the 1%. In his eyes it HAS TO BE ZERO....no other opinion is tolerated....you must succumb to some keyboard warrior, on a public message board...have you seen his over the top rants, does he seem stable to you?
Oh, and please spare me, that he (and others) are doing a public service, because of all the misinformation on this board. There is no way to buy or sell escrows...and every single person on this board knows that...every single one! And all have been here long enough to know RD, blows smoke, as do many others. NO ONE on this board is stupid enough to take what RD says or any other escrow supporter as gospel....do you think posters are going out to buy a mansion or a Rolls Royce based on what is posted on this message board. Really, you think that?
