He directly invested a ton of money and then management bungled everything, as we all know. From what I recall he stopped investing and walked away and is only able to get whatever money back via his convertibles. Which would’ve made bank if management actually knew how to run a company.

All they had to do was complete the audits and franchise and everyone, including and especially Roger and Ben, would have been filthy rich.
