No, I used FSD this summer on my trip over the summer from Texas to Vancouver, B.C. It was at times very impressive, but had to be carefully distrusted in the city. Other drivers are not expecting many of the things it does. Also, some situations were just plain goofy. (In Colorado it would always try to use the turn lanes as the left lane, round abouts were really dangerous and many other goofy instances.) I use the autopilot all the time. Other than the very dangerous and annoying phantom braking, it is very good on most rural and freeway setting. Still baffled why it always defaults to 5 miles over the speed limit when responding to a speed change. (FSD did not do this) Some small towns have no sense of humor about speeding. Good to know you are NOT using it in California.

I wrestled with reality for years, Doctor, and I'm happy to state, I finally won out over it. (Jimmy Stewart in "Harvey" 1950)
