Yesterday AVXL closed at the HOD 9.91. Price seems to want to test psychological $10 line. Depending on news, general market, XBI etc there is plenty of room on the daily chart indicators to test recent high of $10.45.
If that holds then the on a weekly testing/holding 11.93/11.95 is the next target. Price needs to break and hold above current weekly 200period at 10.15 for that to become a reality.

Here is what the 5 year weekly looks like with older annotations. The Battle Zone highlighted with green lettering and denoted between the two red lines is currently substantial resistance. This is likely the area requiring strong news to break through. We shall see.
