And you keep trying to explain away math from an older NSCC appeal which doesn't apply just like you claim the Nov 22 issue had the NSCC "wiring money back" to Alpine when it's pending appeal and frozen in time...another point that was attempted was their financials don't show the Backtesting Charge effect and again..frozen in time so it can't.
