#1 That's funny because going back SEVERAL years the SEC and NSCC has IN WRITING called Alpine a "small SELF CLEARING firm"
RESPONSE: Yes, but for the LAST TIME... DTC changed the deposit requirements for self clearing firms effective Aug1 2023 for new firms and Oct 1st for existing..(the changes were approved 2 years ago) Why is this so hard for you to understand? Correspondent clearing now requires $10 million, Self Clearing requires $5 million. Scottsdale is a sister company and their ONLY correspondent so they moved the accounts that were introduced by SCA directly to Alps...this way they only need $5 million...they sent letters out to customers and made them sign authorization forms. This is why most clearing firms gave up sub pennies...did you not know this???? scary. So yes or no, am i correct?

#2 Not one time have I ever offered advice which is contrary to the time you advised people to sell some shares due to them receiving their dividends
RESPONSE: I disagree, blatant promotion and spreading of certain unproven myths is considered a form of promotion. go to www.SEC.gov and you can read all about it. companies do this all the time and get posters like you to post "this is going to be huge " rumors or unrelated stories designed to distract.

#3 Did you forget that you alleged there was a "fake number" on the AI website when in reality you were too "unsophisticated" to realize it was a placeholder number and you could type in your number? So lie or ignorance?
RESPONSE: I did call the number because it doesn't decipher anything in there so for the 3rd time, I FILLED OUT THE FORM TO SELL A COMPANY/GET A VALUATION/REFERRAL and gave them my number!!!!..on week 3 and not even a response/auto reply from an "AI' company? Yes or No am i correct? Did you try to get in contact with them? try it and give us feedback. leaver your # like i did or leave your e-mail...then post your feedback here...

#4 Someone constantly trying to tell everyone how smart they think they are, versus providing actual facts will never persuade anyone here or anywhere else anymore, especially when simple basic things are constantly flubbed by lack of knowledge. Those days are long gone
RESPONSE: I have given you FACTS, however my FACTS do not care about your Opinion. I never said i was smarter than anyone, i do however have much more experience then most and am merely clarifying made up fantasy,rumors, and supposed acquisitions for companies that either don't exist or never go through which is a hallmark PnD... you know it, i know it and so do most...so just admit it OR thank me for trying to teach you how to do BASIC due dillie.
