Your statement can be reversed and be very true.
This government has a long history of misleading the public, their shareholders, and the company, has proven over and over again, they (the gov) will do and say anything, regardless of the truth, to try to stop the project .

While I do not think NAK are angels, I do believe that because of political agendas the Gov officials have vastly over-reached their authority. on this and many many other matters in recent years
