What we know for sure is that Lightwave logics polymer applied to foundry modulators is currently performing beyond all other alternatives made of exotic materials without polymers. These competing modulators (if one dare call them competing) remain larger in size and cannot compare in power consumption or speed performance.

We also know for sure that this is the only EO polymer modulator currently being produced by a commercial entity (entity unknown). I can’t see them making these modulators just for show so I deduce somebody out there wants these modulators when they become available.

We know for sure that there are changes at the Denver plant in acquiring space for commercialization purposes.

We know for sure that there are new hires at Lightwave Logic some of which are indicating that there are expected revenues to come in.

We know for sure that Lebby is talking with several tier -1 and global industry entities about contracts and is expecting agreements to be signed. We don’t know when. We don’t know who but we know there are talks about commercial deals and obviously we know for sure there is interest.

NONE of these things existed prior to 2023. This year is different for the above reasons. And next year we will see more of the same.
