The NOPAIN Act is very much alive. Guess you missed that it’s a Congressionally- passed Act with a Jan. 2025 start. Congress might appreciate you letting them know it’s “dead”. Now I realize that start date seems light years away for some here with the focus of a gnat, whereas any company in the Pain Space sees it as “just around the corner”, and they have been planning for quite some time.

Guess you also missed that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is working on insurance coverage too. Better get blaring on the “dead” declarations, aka “Checkmate” and let them know as well. After all, we rely on your thoroughness and accuracy.

Every pain space company is on each other’s radar. That’s called a no-brainer. It’s also called SWOT Analysis. Who might be in talks with who in the Pain Arena? FOMO can be quite a powerful motivator.

Cognitive Dissonance seems to be increasing for you because of the NPA/CMS Insurance Reimbursement, and as time marches on. Hmm
