There hasn't yet been a disclosure showing a previous omission or misstatement yet. You can't file a valid class action suit, even if you are Rosen & Rosen, without a disclosure with one or more specific omissions and/or misstatements and a claimed associated price drop causing damages. Next is then producing an event study showing that the price drop relates to the disclosure(s).
