I think yes some of it is... but as many have found out over the year if you sell and then buy back in before 30 days elapses you lose the loss.... that then brings up the question of why would you wait until the last week of December and sell in the 004's when you could have sold in November for 006 or more and then gotten back in in January... So if its tax loss the number is pretty small... IMO
