🚩It is sad to see so many Longs here that , for whatever reason, have decided to support the R/S, knowing full well that most splits punish the shareholders and pay the lenders.....R/splits don't work for retail investors...what an awful situation

A likely scenario:

At one time I truly believed Mark was going to do the right thing for us all and allow the company to prosper by merit, instead he decided to betray us....I was along for the ride, hoping for the best then he stabbed us all in the back ...and the shareprice tanked...and will get much worse after the split....further to fall then attacked by shorts and hedges

The Lenders will possibly place hedges on their investment and could expect benckmarks to be met before they release funds...if these targets are not met they don't pay....damage is done...the lenders don't lose

Shorts will sell right after the split and wait for the fall and cover when it tanks....shorts know how splits go......hedgers won't lose

This my opinion based on experience with too many reverse splits each claiming that they will do it right.

I'd like to discuss further but:
