Have we seen what happened to MMTLP?

That has been known from before it happened.

The entire value of MMTLP was paid as a dividend and the stock ceased to exist.

The FINRA hated trading in it 2 days prior to it ceasing to exist as it would be impossible to ever complete a trade with the shares no longer existing at T+2. Anybody who wanted to sell the had no ability to deliver the shares per FINRA rules.

Of course the usual cast was pumping how this would be some huge short squeeze as the shorts would be forced to cover the then worthless shares for some absurd reason. This caused retail to buy into MMTLP thinking it would go up on the squeeze would anybody who understood the transaction would know that they would get the dividend and MMLTP would go to $0.

Just fools being fools. Retail that believe all these scam stories are why shorts make profits.

EDIT: Longs in MMLTP were not prevented from selling their then worthless shares, it was just FINRA would not support the scam and assist the selling.
