I really hope Linda find the best way to speed up the whole process that can be done from NWBO side.
Anything that's out of NWBO's hands, that's fine if there's nothing can be done from NWBO.

I would suggest Linda to consider hiring more headcounts for NWBO to prepare for the next steps after MAA approval to speed up the rest of the processes.
Why not just hire 5 more young & talented people with $200K/year salary (Total $1M/year), for example, and pull-in process even by 1 month if that's possible outcome?
What would be the impact of pull-in whole process by 1 month to NWBO MC, SP, as well as delivering DCVax to patients, etc?
Isn't it worth a try?
