First he should have looked at the first failed deal , pending lawsuit over the 1 million dollar fee. The lack of filings and delisting letters were there so with what you wrote you make it as he didn't do DD after April 17 come on man really ? . If he signed in April you would think he would have kept an eye on the filings from that point on?

Everyone keeps saying the end of the year to pull the plug , yet no one has posted that wording, Why would you pull the plug if he has stated the deal is complete

as you say if not there will be a new contract , sorry if it isn't a deal the SPAC is dissolved they are out of time. SPAC had a deadline that has passed so their isn't going to be a new contract , maybe a new SPAC and a contract with whomever that is.

One other thing for you , with everything out there now , all the DD , lawsuits , misdirection , would you buy in right now knowing everything that you can find on this CLUSTHER ?
