Dilution and poor volume is the reason for price suppression. This is not the time that investors are buying stock. The buying has not even started yet and while we have dilution the MM’s can control the price and allow slow covering. It is too easy for them right now and they think they have 150 more days of this. Further news on many events leading into approval will attract major buying at which time location of shares will force them to push up the SP to encourage real selling and not dilution. Once that happens longs will control the price. Read that last sentence from DI again. Cheers
