A great interview with the Equinix CEO, Charles Meyers earlier on CNBC, just raised their dividend 25%, Nvidia one of their largest customers, 250 DC's worldwide, discussed a recent growth driver, "private AI" (that's a new one for me). Not an exact quote but "a company's survival going forward will be dependent on digital adoption and AI". Profound, very happy to be a Lightwave investor at this moment of history.
