sorry, totally stupid question, could $FORW BE ONE OF THE TWO COMPANIES ? GS just filed S-1

with $FORW to do the things that need to be done so an RM can be inserted there, otherwise he wouldn't have had to file the S-1 if GS wasn't interested in an RM in anyway $FORW has.......

NO IDEA AND WE CAN ALL JUST SPECULATE AND HOPE BUT THE BIG QUESTION IS: "IS IT $GVSI AND $SRNW OR $GVSI AND $FORW?" If yes - why ?
