with an application.
3) the FDA breakthrough therapy and
BLA for Accelerated approval take 60
days.
When the FDA says 60 days they
don't mean 61 and they don't mean
55. It's like on day 60.. What
application was filed? Andrew likely
said news before 12/31/2023 from
the FDA knowing 60 days ends before
Dec 31.
So here we go. What did Missling
