I've been watching for a very long time.

The CEO gifts himself shares for a job well done just before most reverse splits and his shares are immune from the reverse splits.

And he no longer owns most of those shares. A very small percentage.

He usually has almost no interest in owning stock in his company, why should anyone else want to buy it?
