Recall when Rafael said VP was a good adjunct to a current Cyber Security Program but was not a cure all. Well, according to sources that cannot be disclosed, that has all changed in the last 2 years and now VP is a cure all so it's worth hundreds of billion dollars like Richard has been claiming.
