The Owners of the patents are not "assigning exclusive" rights to ENZC. They are LICENSING! The way I read it is that they are taking a FEE from shareholders for the license. Please read the financial statements and the patent agreements.

IMO, ENZC has nothing except a license to the patent(s).

Correct me if I am wrong.
