According to the last Q that VLDI filed (Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2019,) and, as best as I can determine, the total fully diluted shares of VLDI is close to 1 billion. (almost 700 million common and 300 million more after conversion of Series A, B and C). So with all the great new stuff being reported on VLDI web site and the things that VP can now do why should we be surprised if Bruce announces the sale of the company in the 1st Qtr of 2024 for well over a Billion dollars. Can't wait, got my eyes on a nice yacht.
