I have read the 254 page scheme... and it is indeed a scheme.

I don't trust a single lying self-enriching focking rat bastard in management including Borda. And for the record, I don't think anyone in LIEG or Bearing ever trusted him either. It is my opinion the insiders and management will quietly buy more of our shares for cheap cheap, a trading halt will be called NLT Friday January 19, 2024, and miraculously a new buyout suitor will appear superseding Codelco on Saturday.
