I don't think that's necessarily true. While there're lots of Trump fans in Colorado, there're also a lot of liberals. The state went for Biden in 2020, and it has a Dem governor who's openly gay.

It is not like, say, Alabama.

But right now, Neal Katyal's saying it's likely the Supreme Court will end up hearing the case, and pretty quickly.
