I suggest one spend time figuring out the hourly power needed to operate an unknown processor and a bi directional amplifier with enough power to deliver 100mW ERP out of the antenna and considering the 25 dB loss on both Rx and Tx of this antenna. Once this power requirement is determined, then let us know how many SQUARE FEET of photocell it will take to power the battery stable for a 24 or 48 hour reserve given about 8 hours of chargeable daily sunlight.

That’s a big battery compared to a road turtle.

Give this 4-5 years maybe more until technology can meet these requirements

Even if one drilled into the street for battery depth, the amount of space to mount a photocell kills this product until photocell efficiencies are greatly increased.
